ENTRIES ARE NOW CLOSED!!
THE REMOTE HEAT HAS ENDED!
BRAVOI for your efforts in the remote heat for Individuals. We had some fantastic answers that really showed us how engaged you all are. Congratulations to all who took part.
We have decided not to put up a list of children who are progressing, but rather to contact you all individually. If you have not heard from us in the next 24 hours, then please drop an email to john@whatonearth.co.uk if you need information.
Regardless of whether or not you move on in the competition, we hope you enjoyed entering. Please do keep an eye on the website for quiz progress, and also for special offers!
Very best wishes and keep being curious!
John
Everyone loves a quiz!
And nothing is more important today than focussing on the importance of knowing how to tell the difference between the real world and what is made up - discovering the true value of non-fiction.
That’s why we are inviting you to try the 2O23 What On Earth! Quiz Challenge, in partnership with the Federation of Children’s Books Groups (FCBG) which celebrates all things factual during National Non-Fiction November.
Our unique non-fiction quiz is open to all individuals between the ages of 8 to 14. There will be two categories - Junior for 8 to 11 and Senior for 11 to 14. Online heats will take place from the end of October and these will be followed by a high profile in-person finals day to take place on Tuesday 28th November at the spectacular Stationers’ Hall, in central London.
Questions will be inspired by topics covered in past issues of What on Earth! Magazine and you can enter FREE OF CHARGE!
